Holiday Dinner

 

The Senior Center is having a festive holiday dinner on December 6, 2021.  Happy hour starts at 5:30PM, and dinner starts around 6:00PM. Our Chef, Shelley Dornidon, will be preparing a very special menu that evening:

  • Red & white wine
  • One hot & one cold appetizer
  • 6 oz sirloin steak
  • Roast turkey slices
  • Vegan polenta cakes, topped with thyme lentils/crimini mushrooms
  • Broccoli rapini with red bell pepper/minced garlic
  • Italian donut holes with dark chocolate and cinnamon sugar

Musical entertainment will be provided by Stirling Cook. Ms. Cook was born and raised in Colorado. She is a gifted violinist who is excited to perform at our holiday dinner. Aside from being a wonderful musician, she is also a talented landscape artist. She shares her passion teaching painting and violin to students of all ages.

To attend, you must sign up in advance for the dinner by 5:00PM on December 2 using the form below. For this special holiday event, the cost to members will be $25.00 per person.  All payments will be taken at the front door (cash or check only).  Please keep in mind that we only have room for only 15 tables that seat 120 total people. So, please sign up as soon as you’re sure you can attend. If you sign up for dinner but are unable to attend, you will you still potentially owe payment of $25.00 per person.

To ensure our headcount is accurate, please submit only one online-sign-up form below.  If you’re signing up for yourself and one or more other persons, please use the “total participants” to make that indication.  Please do not submit separate online forms to name every participant.

After submitting the sign-up form below, you will immediately receive a dinner confirmation email.  If you do not receive that email or otherwise have any questions, please call the Senior Center Front Desk at 970-668-2940. If you want to reserve a table for a group of friends, please email Norb at norbsails@aol.com and indicate the number of people. Maximum of 8 persons per table.



In order for our chef to be able to obtain a headcount and prepare for our next Monday Night Dinner, registration for this event is now closed. We hope you’ll consider signing up and attending another dinner in the future.
