Yoga

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, 10:00 a.m.

Yoga classes vary depending on the instructor, but all focus on breathing, balance, strength and flexibility. All levels are welcome. Most people leave a $5 tip for the instructor as they are not paid, however tipping is voluntary and not a requirement. Non members are also welcome but are charged $10 per class. Mats are available. Staying fit or getting fit really helps one enjoy the other activities available to you here in Summit County.

Cross Country Skiing Group

Wednesdays, 9:30 a.m. | January – March

Moderate-level backcountry trails on Wednesdays, meeting place and start time varies week to week. A weekly email is sent out with details. The distances are usually four to six miles roundtrip. Outings are suitable for all levels of skiers that have mastered snowplow and herringbone skills. You will need backcountry skis with metal edges and fish scales, or know how to wax and/or bring skins.

After each outing, a volunteer host will provide light appetizers, hearty soups, desserts and beverages in his or her home (a $5 donation is suggested). For more information, contact Carol Hess at hess.carol@gmail.com.
